do I have to be the lead pastor?

No. The Visionary Pastor is for pastors at every level, from kids and youth pastors up to lead pastors.

when does the next cohort start?

Tyler Hoffman has served as a community, discipleship, and executive pastor as well as a Young Life area director. He lived and led in Belgium for nine years and Italy for three. He started a church campus in Belgium, relaunched Young Life in Brussels, Vicenza, and Cheyenne, Wyoming, and planned and ran camps and projects across Europe. He has served in ministry in California, Wyoming, and Virginia, and has raised over $1 million over the course of his Young Life career.

Tyler is the author of Out of the Maze, holds an MA in Organizational Leadership from Crown College, and created The Visionary Pastor to help pastors do what most never get help with: put their vision into words, then build the systems to sustain it.
